This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Wist Labs Inc. (“Wist,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and how we handle personal information that we collect through our website located at http://WistLabs.com, our mobile application(s), and any other sites or services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

In addition, the Services may enable you to login through or otherwise connect to an account from a third-party platform. Your Sharing: When you use our Services, we may enable you to grant other users with access to the AR/VR memory and other video content that we process on your behalf. You may revoke access to any user through the settings made available to you within the Services. However, you agree and acknowledge that revoking access does not delete or remove any content that such user may have saved or exported onto their own device or otherwise.

Our Services are not intended for use directly by children, and we do not collect personal information directly from them. We define “children” as anyone under 16 years old. If we learn we have collected or received personal information directly from a child without verification of parental consent, we will delete the information. For clarity, as an adult, you may use the Services to view, process and share video and other content that contains images of your children.

We may also provide notification of changes in another way that we believe is reasonably likely to reach you, such as via e-mail (if you have an account where we have your contact information) or another manner through our Services.
